The contract between you (the buyer) and Yellow Square Enterprises Ltd hereby referred to as "we", "us" or  "YSE Ltd" is binding at the point when goods are paid for in full, including any shipping and handling costs.

The terms of the contract are:


YSE Ltd states that all parts must be fitted by a qualified mechanic. We suggest that you keep any invoices from mechanics for works done. We do not accept any responsibility of parts functionality that have been fitted incorrectly, or by anybody other than a qualified bike mechanic.

All parts are for UK spec bikes unless otherwise specified. 
All years specified in the listing are the year of manufacture, not the year of registration. 
All parts are aftermarket and so may not be identical to original parts.

We aim to show all pictures as a representation of the product in the listing. In most cases you will receive a part that's exactly as shown in the picture. In some cases the item you receive may differ slightly to what's in the picture, but the functionality of the part will be suitable for the bike in the listing and will have been approved for functionality by our mechanical team.

Parts compatibility features and listing descriptions of bike compatibility are to be used as a guide only. Please look at pictures carefully and compare to your original parts before purchase. All electrical parts must be tested prior to installation by a qualified mechanic and in accordance with the user manual of the motorcycle, quad bike or scooter. 
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been fitted to a vehicle. Please see company returns policy for further details.

Buyers have 14 days to request to cancel an order. All return postage costs will be down to the buyer. The buyer will then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

If a part that we have sold is deemed to be faulty after being fully investigated and tested by us or by our manufacturer then we will refund the cost of goods or replace goods as appropriate. We will cover the cost of return postage providing the buyer has notified us of the fault within 14 days of receiving the part. After 14 days the buyer must cover the costs of return postage. YSE Ltd doesn't cover the cost of any labour or remedial work required for any parts without exclusion even if they're deemed to be faulty by us or our manufacturer. YSE Ltd will only refund the cost of goods sold or replace as deemed appropriate by us. 

YSE Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order. In the event that we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund with an explanation as to why we've had to cancel the order. This includes but is not limited to, items being out of stock, items being discontinued, items being listed for an incorrect price.
